Also, we can hope for a lame duck session as far as any legislation Trump or the Republicans try to get through.
On the flip side, if they do end up some how maintaining control of the House, expect the worst. They [Republican Congress] will be all in on whatever Trump does. Everything will be on the line - Obamacare, more tax cuts for rich people, the Russian investigation, Civil Rights, Social Security/Medicare, etc.

Where do you live? The Democrats have issues no doubt, but when compared to the problems that plague the GOP its nothing. If you are looking for Dems to specifically increase the quality of life for us brehs, do not hold your breath. For this midterm the whole point of voting for the Dems is to have an actual check on the Executive branch(Trump) because Congress(Republican controlled in both chambers) isn't doing it. Ive said this before on this website but Trump and his people are coming for the necks of all the usual minority groups, but they tip toe around black people. Quite a few black people, as you can see from this website, do not give a fukk about violations of other minority groups civil rights. Now if I'm a WS I'm starting with low hanging fruit(transgender, illegal immigrants) and Im working my way up to Gays and then black people. The Earth, America, and humanity as a whole is a shyt show. Half of the people in the country, and on this website, have resigned themselves to some sort of alternate reality because actual reality has gotten way too wild for most people. The Democrats will not "restore" order, but they're the best chance this country has of not crashing and burning under the weight of Trump. If you're under 30 you should be very concerned with how we are being set.up for an absolute shyt show of a future because of careless deficit spending
So to summarize, each Democrat that takes office is a metaphorical foot on Trumps neck. Its not enough just to vote, encourage anyone you know who is apathetic to politics to do the same. This that we're seeing now is just an intro to the chaos that will come if we all just sit by on our hands
