Yes, Kobe kills team chemistry. When you play with a guy that would rather shoot a fade jumper with 2 defenders draping him than passing the ball, it says a lot to a teammate. That is why he needs a coach like Phil to keep things under control. D'Antoni is not that dude. Nash has an encouraging nature about him and will offset the pyscho bean persoanlity of Kobe.
