C'mon son... SP campaigns get people hyped especially if the MP is on point too. Why do you think gears sold so damn well through the years? :usure:

I don't care about sp's either

The fact that they had been working on that game so long and had so little to offer is fukked up

They shoulda sold that shyt for 30$

I tend to play SP' campaigns first the Multiplayer are an afterthought to me... But that was the problem of Titanfall it was designed with just multiplayer only, if your gonna make a game like that you have to justify that $60 price point. it wasnt worth it as you can see.

Gears is third person not first and the campaigns dipped with each edition. If these games shipped as MP only not a single person would care. Titanfall fukked up because the content is just lacking for an MP only game

Gears is third person not first :stopitslime: does the way the camera is positioned make a difference it still counts as a shooter... i think the strong points in gears was the story campaign as well as the mutiplayer section. i loved the gears series but i still had too many questions go unanswered. they half assed it on titanfall. simple as that.

I enjoyed the story campaign and I always play the story before I focus completely on the multiplayer...Titan fall was fun at first than it just fell off so much so I didn't even bother playing it.

Come on breh I specifically named FPS for a reason. TPS are much different in terms of variety of gameplay mechanics like cover systems, platforming, etc. Name me a classic FPS campaign in the last 5 years. FPS in this day are trash and nothing to write home about. BF and COD has some of the most garbage campaigns. Even Halo 4 campaign was a step back. The problem with Titanfall was not a campaign that would have been more then likely trash and forgettable

Worse than GTA V online?

Nope :scusthov:

Its shallow and bare as fukk. How do you launch with only 4 modes and so little weapons? Thats unacceptable

Theres the 5 fps standard modes and an all-encompassing playlist. What versus modes are you missing that should be included? Would scattering a relatively small XBO and fickle PC community be a better idea in the name of variety? I'd actually welcome a coop "horde" mode. :ehh:

The game already has the core weapon structure in place. The semi, auto, and burst ARs. The strong low-ammo-high-recoil and the weaker high-ammo-low-recoil SMGs. The powerful LMG with very high ammo and trash recoil. The semi and bolt sniper. The semi shotty. All thats missing is the pump shotty, but that would be ridiculously OP. Endgame in modern shooters eventually fills these slots with the best gun that applies and discards the rest. All Titanfall did was remove the redundancy and brought balance without the community having to figure it out through trial and error and data mining. What weapons would you add that wouldn't break balance or be outshined by an already existing gun?

I'm noticing people are just missing the timesinks COD has standardized. The camos, challenges, and unlocks for the many redundant guns that are outclassed by others in its category. As if they need a reason to keep playing besides improving their skill. Reminds me of fighting games actually.

I'd say the featuresset is a big issue right now. Bringing it up to 2014 standards would be huge. Leaderboard, lobby stats, game recording, emblems or some other personalization features, etc. Maybe some clan shyt. Better challenge organization. Whatever. Game feels like I'm back playing in 90s-early 2000s. Great gameplay, balance, and maps, but bare. That's my point really. The game plays excellent, it just doesn't offer the extras a lot of people are used to.

A SP campaign actually would've done wonders for this game. This is coming from someone who couldn't care less about it. But jumping into a new IP without knowing what the hells goin on can be offsetting for some. It would've set a nice precedent to build the franchise off of. Played the campaign over 50 times and still don't know what its about :heh:

I sold my xbox one after realizing Titanfall was a lie, then I bought Titanfall on 360 (since it's the same fukking game) in case they turn shyt around months from now

Let's look at what was missing from the game
Simple shyt like
Private lobby, private matches, when in a game with a bunch of friends, you have zero idea where they were on the map cause all the arrows are the same color. 80 second pauses between maps

5 game modes, two of them essentially The same are (attrition and pilot Hunter, which..Surprise is not a titan-less game mode)

Game is in desperate need of a king of the hill/plant and defuse mode

Game is too fukking casual and suffers from 'everyone gets a trophy' syndrome.
Oh your team lost? It's ok, because you can still try to extract! No, end the fukking match, I'm not rushing back for a measly 100xp.

And the titans? Kind of over-rated, I much more enjoy the pilot parkour combat.

OK, next problem, any other game with screen tearing gets ripped apart by reviewers, this game gets 9.5's...$500 box and your game is performing like crap, it's just unacceptable....

The biggest insult... I had more fun playing the beta.... That came with 3 game modes

Final retail.... 2 additional game modes... Pilot Hunter (which again, is basically fukking attrition) and CTF... Which is fun until you realize titans can run with the flags

I blame Microsoft, for rushing this game out, it obviously needed an additional 8-9 months of development

Damn I don't even think I need to say nothing @Doc Vape hit the nail on the head...this game was not a full price game it should of been the same price at Metal Gear 29.99 or 39.99 but since the xbone didn't have any decent games and the inferior multis they made a killing off of this and we all know some money hat shyt was involved.
