Man, if he had his QB he'd be fine. This is why I'm not aboard the bandwagon to get rid of him. I think one big problem though is he was in charge of player personnel. Dude need to hmble himself and just stick to being a coach, not a GM.

He had player personnel control, he went and got scam Bradford. Signed Demarco, who doesn't fit the system ( in which he runs the same play every down). Cut Mathis and oline talent that now haunts them cuz of injuries. At least his defense was playing well but they have now given up. He keeps signing dudes that are clearly injury prone, he can't blame no one else cuz they gave him full rights.

I'd give Chip another year if they're able to get RGlll or Kaep. Coaches should be given a couple of years to do their thing.

This game just showed the difference between talent (Megatron) and thinking your system is enough to get it done in the NFL. Chip is done in the league at this point.....might as well start interviewing for that college job.
