Those are reads that get practiced and perfected with strategic options. They have a default offense. They also have motion routines, cuts, and spots to fill when certain things happen on the floor. All the little things flow so nicely.

And their defensive schemes are a whole nother story...so cohesive and organized.

Kerr really ain't shyt. Gentry made the offense and Thibs old defensive assistant is responsible for the defense. Walton is perfectly capable of doing the same coaching that Kerr does and it's being shown. :kobeshrug:


Mark Jackson is awful tho. Don't even bring him into this convo. That dude alienated his entire fukking coaching staff and would never have guys that Kerr has on his staff.
