The former is true. Tho 1nce again, not like he can practice on V atm. And while there's loads of differences for sure, not like V is the harder game than IV, unless you just don't have fundamentals down . If you can pick up on that aspect of the game, plus reading your opponent, then your skills can transfer over to a modest level at least, between some of the SF games, with the 3 series probably being the most difficult to transfer over to from any of the others. It's not like the differences or complexities are as great as say Street Fighter to Mahvel or Bluzblue.
Nah. Daigo will most assumably slaughter Lupe on the sticks as Lupe would Diago on the mic. Still interested to see it nonetheless tho. Fighting games could/should gain more attention from the masses as a whole and celebs showing interest like this is possibly a good gateway to that. I just hope that Lupe (or any celeb in this same scenario) doesn't suck so badly that Diago has to put on a pity show just to even make him look moderately decent nor that Diago (or any legend in the same situation) would be obviously taking a knee to make the game look that much more accessible or said celeb look good.
