Okay I am here to clarify

Physical is the 7th, digital release to Samsung users on the 4th, I would expect it to not leak until the 4th

Depending on how the logistics of uploading the album to the Samsung app works, it should leak sometime on Wednesday afternoon/evening if it does at all. If it's on the net AFTER the Samsung release on the 4th, then it's no longer a leak.

But Best Buy also has distribution centers, right? I just feel like the copies have been sitting somewhere for a couple of weeks and ain't rolling out of the record company a couple of days before release.

Media like movies, games, cds and stuff gets shipped by ups or fed ex. The distribution center handles all the other stuff. And if it's something really anticipated they would lock it up in these cages or in the front where security was. At least that's how it was when I worked there.
