If you dont use those things thats cool but a lot of people do and want them all on one device. In 2012 id hardly say they are a status symbol.

The evolution of the mobile phone... went from being a mobile phone, to a mobile phone with a display to a connected mobile computer with telephonic capabilities. To say you a mobile phone should only talk/text and web surf in 2012 is stupid. 12 years ago a computer with 256MB of RAM, 10GB of hard drive space, a 56K Modem and 1Ghz Single Core processor was status and the shyt still had to be connected to a power outlet. If you told me back then that I would be able to fit all of this shyt in my pocket today I'd probably hit you with ... today if you try to sell me a smartphone with any of the aforementioned specs I'd hit you with

Are they expensive? Nah... miniaturization/convenience costs money. Could they be a bit cheaper? Sure, but companies like to make money.

It absolutely is, there are lots of smartphones that are as good or maybe even better than an IPhone, but why do you buy the I phone, for the prestige of the name, right, because there are better, cheaper phones out there.

Even when the new one drops in the Fall the SG3 will probably still be better and then the new Razrs will drop and be even better than that.

I got mine for free, damn sure wouldn't have bought it myself. When my Mom upgrade to iPhone 4, she sent me her iPhone 3

I got that bytch jailbroke and I pay $30 a month with T-Mobile prepaid. I only get like 400 minutes or something, but I'm not a girl, so all my conversations are brief. I never went over my minutes. It's pretty much perfect for a guy like me.

All I need my computer for is email and writing. But I bought Macbook Pro just because I like aesthetics and feel of it and its OS. Same goes for iPhone, it is sold only unlocked in my country for $700 and I bought it regardless.

It is status symbol only for some insecure fukks/broke people though.

As far as music goes, in ur car or ur crib is where music should really only be played. You're supposed to be on point when ur in public, if ur too busy listening to some jam then you're more likely to get caught up in a jux that could have been avoided if u were alert. If I was a stickup kid I'd most likely single out cats with earplugs cause they wouldn't peep game

Cameras eh, the photos i've seen ppl take with them have been pretty low quality for the most part. If ur a photographer ur better off with a Nikon/Cannon bro
