The Terrapins are now Big Ten.

It was only for BBall primarily, Notre Dame will NEVER give up football independence unless being in a conference is the only way to get into the championship game.. The fact the ACC got them to agree to 5 ACC games a year is a win alone.

We aren't losing anything in football, but losing Maryland's basketball history in the ACC does suck.

Most of GT fanbase want to stay in the ACC, I do too. It's easier to travel to Clemson, FSU, Duke, UNC, etc. But if we HAD to leave, definitely Big 10. We'll see how the cards unfold. Cats really are fed up with the Carolina mafia in the ACC man.

Kevin Plank - Under Armour CEO/Founder, MD alum, is footing the bill of the exit fee and word is that the ACC will make sure they pay. They had lawyers and shyt in the room when the 50 million buy exit fee was agreed upon, so we'll see. Plank just gonna have to cut that check. There's a reason he cashed out nearly 65 million in stock last week.

I'd personally prefer Louisville over UConn, but their Academic Cred isn't gonna cut it with the ACC presidents.
