yeah but when it comes to video games the "average gamer" is the minority of people that play games, they just talk shyt the most.

just like movies, everybody watches movies but only movie buffs obsess over it and talk about the shyt all the time. well gamers are basically the video game version of movie buffs.

This is Nintendo's last chance on the console side and they know it. They are releasing before everyone for a reason to try to finally figure out a way to get over the lack of 3rd party support on their console.

heads need to remember history...this is Nintendo's first time being first leading into a new console generation (you could argue the OG NES, but it wasn't really first)

they ain't even 1st into the next gen, they're so late to the party that people think they're the 1st to turn up

Games ain't been for kids since the PS2. Anybody with half a brain could look at a PS2 back then and realize they were targeting "home entertainment", not "kids". Hell, we could go further back to the TurboGrafx-16.

Breh, Nintendo just released their financials a few days ago. Where do you think I'm getting my info from? What exactly are you basing your information on? Sony has lost all the profits they made from the PS1 and PS2 on the PS3.

He remind of that nikka growing up who used to make up wild stories like "My uncle works for Sega, and he said the new Mario is only coming out for the Genesis."

Even during the Gamecube era Nintendo was making money.

Its ok to be an adult and enjoy gaming. But understand the Nintendo is a majority kids console. Gaming isnt ONLY for kids, but a lot of more kids enjoy gaming than adults do depending on who you consider to be kids.

Nintendo is not doing bad at all. Even when they are at their worse, they still are profiting better than Sony. The only problem is people want a reason to want to purchase a Nintendo system and they get tired of the same 1st party games with the gimmicky setup. But Nintendo does whatever works for them and sets them apart from the competition, even if it mean not pleasing a few people.

Breh there's a massive difference between saying one console or console maker (Nintendo and the Wii) are for kids....and saying "gaming is for kids".

And statistically speaking the average gamer is 30ish, or around there, and has been for a while. Like I said earlier it really started with the PS2, and you can go back further than that.
