Absolutely. If there's no code then it'll definitely go down. A criminal is gonna save their ass. Long story short, nobody forced them to drop dime on that person. If it's bad enough someone will do it. If not, let street justice handle it....it usually does. I just find it strange that you could inform on a person who was in on it from the jump to save yourself. I don't find it strange that a person would kill a witness or someone cooperating to stop a case (what loyalty does the criminal have to the witness?). It comes back to codes and how people operate. Personally bystanders should be off limits. But if bystanders want to put themselves in the game then its on them.
