Based off the PRETRIAL TRANSCRIPTS, there was an independent EYEWITNESS from their balcony seeing Kelsey and Megan FIGHTING IN THE STREETS. Also, in the transcripts it was said that Kelsey had gun residue on HER suggesting she was either near the gun or her and Tory was fighting over the gun and it discharged, which is more of the likelihood. It makes MORE SENSE that you have three people, extremely drunk and/or high from whatever recreation drug that was at that party, and there's a gun involved, there's been people who got KILLED in situations like that. Way too many times. If the gun went off by accident and Megan got hurt from that. Of COURSE, nobody didn't want things to escalate, which explains why Megan would've of got back in the car.
