Seems like the modus operandi for the chinese is to replicate those cities in china in africa for them to populate amongst themselves when the nation inevitably becomes too overcrowded and polluted.

Africans obviously will not benefit from those other than working construction for buildings they'll never live in.

This would never happen in the US. China is very insecure about their negative image so I'm not entirely surprised that they're instilling such a system into their people. Americans don't care about being the fat, entitled, stupid rich country every other place thinks we are/tend to be.
