If you wanted a smark crowd to start cheering for him you would have had him in the ring selling, getting his ass beat all over the ring, and gave Dean the hot tag. Let Roman get in some offense and everything but have him get shut down. Let Dean come in for the save and get the pin. How you going to sit there and book Roman coming in there doing his Uwaah shyt and scoring the pin in front of a smark crowd then scratch your head when he gets booed. Who am I kidding they probably would have booed him regardless

Fact is, almost every big name superstar started off as a heel. It's tried and true.
He's peaked as a face.
Resistance to that fact because one is bullheaded or they want to stick it to the smarks is fine so long as they're okay with Roman's ceiling being Sheamus.
I personally think he could be a lot more.

I think he's missing one big point though, which I suppose is easy to miss because WWE storytelling sucks, but this was still Roman's feud. Bray Wyatt came after him and Dean only stepped up for his brother after Bray involved Luke Harper. So Bray was still Roman's guy to take out, which is what Dean let him do. The problem with the finish wasn't "Oh, Roman gets the pin", because he should've gotten the pin, the problem is that the way they told that story was awful.

Reigns did a great job of selling for Brock at Wrestlemania and he sold to make this new guy from the Wyatt family look legit last night.

I give Reigns credit because he sems very willing to work for his spot now.

He just turned 30 this year so he has plenty of time to get his character over in WWE.

WWE knew Pac was hated, let him take the light heavyweight belt off a way over Jeff Hardy, then let dudes like Edge and Mick Foley shyt on him in front of millions, and it was entertaining. Reigns ain't as good as Syxx was, and he doesn't have the chance to be as entertaining because everything with him is so formulaic, and WWE refuses to take his training wheels off. The only dude they let go in on Reigns was Wyatt, whom no one takes seriously or can even understand. Dude speaks in riddles cuz it's the only way he can rid Ls.

Anyone could have had that match with Brock, what made it good was we all thought he was gonna win because we'd all been expecting it for a year, then he ate Seth's pin. Roman wins that match and I don't think it gets as much love. DB can have a good match with anyone.

I have no horse in this race; ain't Kliqed up, nor am I hitting hard or often, I am just curious why one corny dude who was once good was more deserving of heat than a corny dude who should have an endorsement deal with Pro-Tec.

or maybe they dont think he is as good/great as he is portrayed to be. He aint the first face to be booed and he damn sure aint the last. Me personally Im just indifferent about the guy. He was good in his role with The Shield but now he is just out there alone. I look at it like a R&B group, as a group they can make some dope music together then when they break up and go solo the members are either hit or miss.

Doesn't make any sense. The Rock is bigger than Brock, Taker, Cena, and the whole upper deck...he isn't there to boost. He's there to sell out stadiums...all Reigns has to do is turn on a Ambrose or something.

He's gonna get booed anyway because he's propped up as being better than Dean. Anyone can see it unless they're toddlers.
