My Gma is in her 90s andI don't think she ever worked worked, but she is/was very social and active in the community.
Community , less stress in general or of working will have you living to your 90s.

I don't know her but I doubt she ate vegetables everyday with chicken breast nor a vegan diet.

Ego. I don’t wanna lose that bulk

But low key I have, I’m just fighting it. I stopped eating rice and immediately noticed a difference

I know it defies conventional wisdom, but I'm telling you... your shoulders will pop like you wouldn't believe. :wow:

That's not true. Healthy cardiovascular system promotes the most longevity. The doctor actually told my father that he should drop muscle mass (he was a swole old man) because of the strain it can put on his heart. Doesn't mean get flabby, but he didn't need to be as big as he was at his age. Low and behold, he had a heart attack after not doing it. My man's let that weight drop off him so quick after that. He was looking like Lebron the summer before HGH testing kicked in.

Based off the handful of old dudes doing those bar-tender workouts on youtube
I noticed them dudes still look old as hell in the face, but the body is crazy for their age
