Wouldn't a person being in custody for 'pushing' someone be ridiculous. I like to hope if he is in custody he actually hit her....

Unless he actually hit your mom and your parents plan on getting a divorce, sending him to jail for domestic charge will cause him to lose his job even if it's temporay. Unless he's not the main source of income, that will fukk all of you


It shouldn't be a big deal unless your mom is pressing charges/was hit and hurt badly, he assaulted cops, terroristic threats in front of the police, etc.
