OP is probably trolling but I myself am seriously pursuing this but with only 2 wives (since that's easier to manage and more realistic). Doing this with an American-ized girl will be near impossible. They will spend all of your money before you can divorce them.
The idea of importing a girl from a 3rd world country is genius however. Girls like that will be more down to earth and easier to talk to (provided you learn their language). However, if you spend a significant time in the U.S. then you run the risk of those girls becoming too 'American-ized' and unbearable.

I'm not staying in this shytty country forever. You think I want to raise my kids around that shytty, regressive hip hop culture that makes it okay to swear skinny jeans and beat the shyt out of black women on camera? I will probably get a bank job in Switzerland: low crime, great education system, and great healthcare. Plus it's more of an outdoor culture so kids aren't worried about the latest video games or iphone bullshyt. Oh and mandatory military service will probably toughen my sons up and not become pussies like 90% of this god forsaken site.

I actually agree with you and see your point. But I want kids and want their moms to be in their lives. And besides, the type of 'marriage' I'm pursing will be unofficial and not recognize by the government. There will be no marriage license or anything (polygamy is illegal anyway).
Get a high paying job and you can get women to do anything you want.
Why stop at 3
Needs to be a low, manageable number like 2 or 3. There's a guy in India with 80+ wives......not for me.
