Im 21, bout to get my own crib soon, and I definitely might do something like this. Breh, I never watch tv. Sometimes I don't understand why there is a cablebox in my room.
The only thing I watch is sports and HBO on sundays, the rest of the time I'm on my PC/playing the game. I donwload and stream everything. I even stopped dropping that 200 on league pass because there's a link for everything.
Seriously, no bullshyt. How you get that rate? I'm dying to know.

Just called Time Warner and played hardball, told em I was considering switching
But apparently even a rate of $105/month (going up to $120 a year from now) up from $90/month aint even enough to make them care and offer me something. Basically said in their corporate-speak I wasn't paying enough each month for them to do anything about it
Bout to call em again tomorrow and actually switch if I don't get what I want

I had to drive all the way to groveport for work 2nd shift and usually didn't get home til 1am, so it wasn't really a need for cable
