First of all, women don't just lactate because a baby is around. Where did you even get that from? A wet nurse is a woman who was has had a child.

Second, there is no reason for a child to suck on another woman nip especially when the mother is fully functional. If they want a nipple in the child's mouth why not use the father. I can't imagine doing something as invasive as putting my nipple in another womans babies mouth. I am horrified. Get the child a pacifier. That act is so disrespectful it is physically painful.
