They can bench him or anybody for whatever reason they want. There's DNP's for a lot of people on a nightly basis. If that's what the team feels like doing, then whatever happens is something they better be ready for. If they wanna pace Ja through a season, fine. If they wanna pace Grayson Allen through a season, that's fine too. Adam Silver can't coach and manage 30 rosters, but that's what apparently y'all want.

Then it's not a guaranteed deal. What you're looking for are incentive based contracts dependent upon games played.
nikka do you work for the NBA? :dahell: You're pro league and anti fan as fukk.

I agree

The NBA has to change with the times.

These guys are literally just trying to survive and get through the season. If it's really come to this, they gotta reevaluate how many games.

Probably the best balance for the health of the players, the quality of play, and satisfying the fans.

if you think these players are going to want to give up money :mjlol: or owners are gonna give up 41 dates of revenues

players will feel the brunt next go around

The rule is you can't sit a player out for rest on the road. So they let the NBA know in advance. He
legit only playing 28 minutes a night as a plan the radio and podcasters I listen to been mad as shyt

I just stream the games so I just don't tune in if he ain't playing

I'm actually watching anyway... But in theory I wouldn't

To be fair no way were players in the 90's worked as hard. From training , flights to even the pace of play.
Yall keep saying this but what's all this "work" that today's players have to do the players from past generations didnt?

Players today have better equipment(especially shoes), better training staffs, more comfortable travel, fewer back to back games, and the game is less physical than it has ever been in the history of the league.....and on top of that they make more money right now than any other players before them.
