Some Blacks are color struck I'll agree on that but I never hear people in real life say someone isn't Black because their lightskin.
Dawg this is why you're one of my favorite posters honestly. Alot of black people don't want to face reality and run away from it and even when they get a little bit of money want to seperate themselves from the struggle cause they don't want to think about it.
My perspective comes from a black person who was pretty much brought up in white suburbia as a token and saw how this society works against us and how it's bred to operate off of disparity. I spit too much reality for people and they don't like that. And just truth about black american society inside the dominant society.
Most of these brehs honestly seem like they despise white males but want their women and to have the same privileges as them. Alot of black dudes on here really be living vicariously through them whether it's in the porn section of JBO or the wrestling or the movies, etc.
Sadly, I realize if it came down to it, if people had to choose their race, many black people would choose white. Black pride and having pride in other black people is one thing, but many feel too tempted by the overwhelming amount of endless stuff white society offers and deep down feel some resentment they weren't born into it.
They might not articulate it that way, but it's close enough to cause division amongst us
