Perry is business wise 100% in the right.
His company owns his content 100%, his writers, his production, he even sets up his own distribution.
It isn't a partnership, he is funding this shyt himself and Oprah is who shows it and gets the majority of the ad money.
On top of that, like him or not, he is the one that saved that network.
If Oprah was smart she would hire her writers and produce her own Harpo content that is more high brow to go along with Perry, not try to undermine his staff herself by feeling she can hire writers for him.
This is the shyt that had Oprah's network about to die before Perry stepped up to the plate and saved her.
