So Oregon recruiting class is only 21?

So they have been a top 8 or so program the past 4 or so years, yet right now they only have the 21 recruiting class, I would have thought they were higher atleast around 8-12 in the ranking

not really their thing, outside of De'Anthony Thomas and Cliff Harris alot of their guys were 3* finds

part of the reason the program has sustainability
