Like why would anyone think he was gay in the first place. It's one thing if they set out to originally make that character gay or there were even some hints to it but to my knowledge he's always been with chicks. One of those random twists for the sake of being a twist.

"Let me show the world how intolerant I am." That's cool and all but you don't have to force stuff like this. Gay characters can be cool like Omar in the Wire but nothing about him being gay felt forced at all.
