A spooky clown has been scaring Northampton residents in full costume and make up.

If I saw this dude, I'd be scared at 1st, startled cause I wouldn't expect to see such a thing but I would beat him up after that. For trying to be funny.

dude, gacy was shockingly sick. He killed like 40 people, dressed up like a clown for parties, molested countless boys, and worse, he to the day of his death thinks he did nothing wrong:
