Well for that to happen, they would need a more powerful infrustructure like what Microsoft hasThis is a glimpse into what will eventually make consoles and gaming pc's obsolete. We'll be streaming 4k games at ultra settings and never have to worry about getting better hardware as all of that will be done server side. I could see them even start streaming ps4 games within the next couple years. Netflix is proof enough that this model works. The problem is making sure the entire developed world has adequate internet but that should only be about a decade away. It's pretty exciting if you actually think of only needing a display device and a controller to play every game in existence.
