I say make it 3% in cuts honestly. Implement Warren's 2% tax. Raise the SS income ceiling to 250k. Welfare programs don't work because they are meant to keep people poor. Dems have the plan to reform welfare spending and allow people to afford to have more kids. Open up the visa program so more immigrants can work and also you can tax them without refunds. Rand is right on some things and not so much on others.
