Colin Cowherd was defeding this this morning by the amount of money the league generates.....but that's a poor point b/c the league(is a meat market) is borderline unethical at times in it's treatment of players.
Granted, players should save their money b/c they can cut if they get injured, but Goodell shouldnt be making that much.

Dude is the CEO of a multi-billion dollar company(NFL) and he found away to tie up rookies to bullshyt contracts for 4-6 years(see Sherman
). He deserves to get paid a lot of money....
goodell works for the owners, so he's always gonna do whats in their best interest. and if he can tie up rookies on shyt deals, then he's gonna get rewarded financially.
Veteran players were pushing for that too.
NFL is a non-profit organization, so they gotta spend all the money brehs
