So should the FGCU player get the tip in on 0.3 seconds?

For those wondering the rule, with .3 or less on the clock, players can only tip the ball in.

but ncaa rules says
anything under 0.4 seconds is not enough time to get off a shot.

the people arguing in the video says he gathered the ball and there was no continuous motion
should the basket have counted?

But he didnt catch and shoot. He was alread in the air.

Clock shows he got it off, and it wasn't a home game, so there was no cheating going on.

Should have counted.

Two hands and possession is a catch, regardless if he's in the air. It wasn't a tip.

That was not a tip so by the rules it shouldnt count. But if you watch the clock/buzzer he got it off before the red light came on
