I miss when games came out and you just bought ONE DISC. That was it. At most, there was an expansion pack but that was like a fukkload of new shyt, damn near a whole new game, not a couple characters or a new gun skin or a fukking level.

when it came to fighting games, they had been prone to evolving a lot since the 16 bit days thanks to the competitive scene. back then you had to buy a whole new cartridge to get the tournament, super, champion editons, etc.

at least now capcom is just into DLC.

It had 8 for $20 and people went off talking about how it was a ripoff and how it was stupid to release DLC characters in packages later.

Every new character I have seen has been some sort of Saturday morning cartoon like Hakkan, fuerte, juri, or rashid.
