He seen his nephews directly after Suge said it, and didn't see Suge until years later. I don't know much about Lil E but if Suge was copping pleas like he says there's no reason to press the issue so long after the fact.

Something he said resonated. HIV lowers if not kills your immune system. You're immunocompromised at that point. Other people with other conditions are in similar boats so to speak. Diabetic, you're immunocompromised. Post transplant, you're immunocompromised. HIV, you're immunocompromised. Post organ transplant, you're immunocompromised. When that happens in any of those situations, anything from a cold to onychomycosis (toenail fungus), can be deadly. That said, who's to say Eric Wright was injected with a AIDS infected syringe? Is it possible he was given an injection of something else? Who knows. Regardless, hope Lil E keeps his nose clean. He speaks well, like he's got some sense and hopefully he lives his life the same way.
