This is a complicated question to answer. It really depends on your business model but the most important thing to think about in the beginning is getting your product out to the market.

It also depends on how he's generating money for his site (subscriptions? Advertising?). Like any business he would have to invest ALL of his time into it. It's not a side hustle type of thing.
