meltzer's just trolling....if that line bothered HHH that much, he wouldnt have waited over 15 years to reference it. Saying someone is a b plus is a common phrase. Meltzer remembers pretty much every word he writes in the observer, and remembered he used it to describe HHH, and connected invisible dots. Im not a huge fan of HHH, but the vendetta the online community has against him is fcking wack.

I completely disagree with both of your posts.
First of all, back then, the internet was not everywhere as it is now, and the dirt sheets were WIDELY read backstage in both companies.Guys used to huddle around and read them aloud. This is a fact.
Secondly, I have never heard of calling someone a B+ lol, I don't know how that is a common term. Where else have you heard this?
Meltzer said word for word back then that "Triple H was a B+, a solid B+" then they said the exact same line to Bryan.
Sure it could be a coincidence, but a very small one.
