So Dre supposedly owns 20 to 25% of the Brand. 750 mill before taxes. :leon:

I thought him and iodine owned more maybe this is how they get to over 950 mill for him he just needs another few years and he'd be a billy..

Forbes said around 20-25 percent for his cut so :manny:

But after taxes and shyt you can pretty much cut it in half unless he has a way to loop around it.

It's sickening because of how we venerate rich folk, esp black rich folk from the entertainment industry. It's good he got the deal, but what does him being a billionaire have to do with me? I'm not hating on him; I'm just not going to get excited about him being a billionaire now.

Just had a thought. If Oprah, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Puffy, Master P, Birdman, 50 Cent, Russel Simmons and Dre all pooled their money together they could do SO MUCH for black people. As Dame Dash said it's really a tragedy that powerful black people don't collaborate together on social issues.
