Number 1 and 3 especially. LeBron has played 26 straight playoff series now where his team has gotten at least one game on the road and 28 of his last 29 going back to the 2009 playoffs. Their players also just seem worn out too. They've lost a pair of centers in Bogut and the birdman who could have helped their defense to knee injuries. At this point their top priority absolutely should be rest if they had to pick one or the other.
