It's not a matter of better, the Cavs own the Pacers, the Bulls play them tougher. The Raptors are a better team than the Wiz, but the Raps play at a similar pace as the Cavs where as the Wiz just put a bunch of young dudes on the floor and run, especially when Oubre is out there.
