Not really. That cop probably didn't want to go through the hassle of actually booking her. But when the cops come to investigate a crime they can hold you for like 72 hours. The charge wasn't serious so nobody was getting excited about it except for her.
How you gon fukk some dude in a studio parking lot, then try to act all holier than thou when the cops come? Cuz all of a sudden its cuz shes black? I doubt this female even associates with black people listen to the way she talks. And you could tell from the jump that she was guilty. Just by the way she was talking and so quick to get defensive and bring up her dying step mom lol. She was guilty and scared and it was obvious. Probably another reason the cop didn't just arrest her.
This is why i don't fukk with actors. They're all nuts.

From what was said they were making out. Like I said already, once she was told that she wasn't being arrested she could leave. If they cops aren't detaining you, you have no reason to stay and be harassed.

they cuffed her cuz she was getting hysterical and walking away from the scene and shyt. Either way someone called the cops on her so she was detained. Cop has to get her license, run her name, etc. The cop was cool as shyt cuz you can tell he never planned on arresting her, he just wanted to run her name (do his job) and let her go.
Her boyfriend wasn't cuffed because he just gave up his ID without making a scene.
And honestly she got lucky. Cuz if she had been a black man? She woulda got her ass beat. If that cop had been having a bad day or they were in a more secluded area? She woulda gotten her ass beat. You don't get hysterical with cops and walk back and forth and shyt. To a cop every person is a potential threat so they can't exactly allow you to just walk around them in circles getting all hyped. They don't know what you're gonna do.
Thats why i always say if you don't plan on complying? Run. If you stayed you might as well comply.
