More so in my experience with them. All those dudes look and act like they either broke out the mental ward or stopped taking their meds. I was driving through downtown on a Saturday afternoon, and I come up to an intersection. Traffic is backed up at the light, and the first thing I think is that a pedestrian or biker got hit.
