I know, I'm so happy about this. I knew it was only a matter of time before they showed us who they really were. I feel bad for Porzingis because he won't get any help while he's stuck there

Not really worried:yeshrug: I didn’t expect us to be World beaters with such a young team. Didn’t expect porzingis to come out as an all star in his first year as the leader. What disappoints me is the team defense and the fact that Hornacek gives the veterans way more playing time than the young boys. Dude is a fool. He really think jarret jack gonna get him a first round play berth:mjlol: foh

The days of needing exposure because of a big market like NYC is long gone.

Some of the most popular players in the league have played in small markets i.e Durant, Westbrook, Dame, Greek Freak.

True to some extent (more due to the league sharing profits, than to NYC being obsolete).

But why are the Knicks one of the most valuable franchises in all of sports?

Also, Warriors are not considered small market, I have them pegged as mid-market due to silicone valley.

Knick fans was definitely talking greasy, saying they better without Melo at the beginning of the year. They came back to reality tho

Are you retarded? They won 31 games WITH Carmelo on the team last year. They're garbage with him on the team. Garbage without him. Even with their recent skid, the Knicks are still on pace to surpass last year's wins totals. At least, Porzingis made his first all-star team in his third season and NY has all of their future 1st round draft picks and younger players.

It's because of MSG
That value alone is ridiculous
The most premiere venue in the world

They literally gave 500 events per year there

Not sure why this surprises anyone...
Record at Christmas:
This year (2017): 17-16
2016: 16-14, finished 31-51
2015: 14-17, finished 30-52

The Knicks never stopped being the Knicks.

The knicks current league positio reflects the overall quality of their squad.

Who do they have other than porzingis. Yes beasly has been ballin but he hasn't proven he can do it longterm.

The teams above them in the playoffs positions in the east all have better squads and atleast 3 quality players or borderline all stars and adequate bench
