1)this dude is clearly institutionalized, his whole story is the way nikkas in the pen talk. Every day is war stories...
2)I'm coming from the background of having lived in Upstate NY, which is overflowing with nikkas from The Boroughs. Done time with them, ran certain areas with them, so this isn't a diss or a joke...

You learn as you travel that culture is different in some places. This comment isn't considered gay in NY, when I realized that, it didn't bother me when dudes said sus shyt.
