The notion that someone can "flop" in comparison to someone else makes no sense. A flop is a flop. It means it was a dud, no sales, nobody's checking for it, etc. Yes she has less singles than The Weeknd because it just came out a month ago, how many singles is she supposed to have? The releases of these two albums were approached two different ways. The Weeknd got a traditional release where they have singles and promote the singles and then release the album. Work came out a couple days before they released Anti and has basically been number one since.

If you want to argue that The Weeknd is a bigger artist, that's fine although the current charts will say otherwise and so will her historical success. But Anti didn't flop.
