Just looks generic. The fight engine needs a lot of work if its going to break the surface of even a game like guilty gear or king of fighters.

Well, friend, they want investors so the least they could do is scale down the number of characters and work on the the fight engine a little more for you know 2 -3 characters. Refine it a bit more and then ask for money.
