More perfect union is a great YouTube channel. Doing investigative reporting that MSM has long stop doing.

Also, yeah these data centers are complete drains and if you hear one is coming to somewhere near you, participate in rejecting them. They don’t hire a bunch of people and just drains and pollutes the area around it.

Folks need to stop thinking because something is related to “big tech” it’s cool and good. These centers are the epitome of rich people fukking the average citizen.

They don't link to the map referenced in this vid(:rudy:), but there's this:

Proposed/Permitted data centers, FracTracker Alliance

While there are said to be over 5,500 existing data centers in the United States based on maps from CoreSite, Datacenters.com, Baxtel, and Datacentermap, these companies do not share their datasets, and strictly forbid scraping of their data. FracTracker’s tool fills in a gap in traditional infrastructure directories, providing spatial and facility information to anyone interested in the environmental, regulatory, and equity impacts of data center growth. This tool is valuable not only to researchers, but also to community members, journalists, and policy advocates working to stay ahead of unregulated or underreported development. See where data centers are operating, permitted, or proposed across the U.S.—and how they impact your community.
