I do find it odd that the white boy that was hired on with me is also quiet. But they doesn't say shyt to him.And this is a major black post office by the way.

It's hard being black and quiet breh, just gotta deal as best as you canSo, I just start working part time as a mail carrier for the summer.
My supervisor told me that the other mail carriers are wondering why I'm so quiet.
One woman even called me a mute.
shyt, I say hi to everybody.
We only see each other for around 2 hours a day before heading out on the road.
I didn't know part to being a mail carrier is to be talkative with other mail carriers.
Now that I'm caught up on that, fukk them folks at ur job callin u crazy. Go to work to make money first & make friends second. It's a guy at my job who said he didn't really speak to anyone for like the 1st 5 years there. Me on the other hand, i talk to everyone. I'm just a chatterbox.
