So they’re claiming the victim Joshua Brown died as a result of a drug deal gone bad?

Driving 5+hours for 12 pounds seems like a lot of effort...specially if I can Get it close by and save the time and gas money...
Minimum wage in Louisiana is $7.25. There are people working 8 hours for $58 hours a day. Driving 5+ hours for, based on what people in this thread has posted, at least $10k+ isn't that much effort.

Was arguing with ppl about this today. People have to pick and choose which conspiracies they believe.
-They have a suspect who confessed
-Two other suspects on the run who will also likely confess
-They have the murder weapon
-One of the suspects got shot on the scene and likely left blood there tying him to the crime
-Certainly will be cell phone data linking them to the location since they were out of towners and had to contact him for the meet up
-What does the Dallas PD get out of creating this conspiracy AFTER the officer was already fired, convicted, AND the public opinion is already set

If breh had died by "suicide" I'd be on board but thinking this some big cover up seem like a huge reach
The gave Guyger a lenient sentence because of the cherrypicked judge and decided the rioting and the possibility of another Micah X wasn’t worth the trouble whilst simultaneously making sure no body would be bold enough to testify against them

No one is implying he's a major trafficker, saying how could he live in a apartment building with a police officer? Every drug dealer that lives in a mid level to high level building, lives next to police officers, or prosecutors, or federal agents. As for people driving a few hours for a 12 pack, or who knows what the real deal was, that's everyday, normal stuff. People truly don't understand other people's lives, or economies of scale.

His instagram is like the classic lower mid level showcase. No known source of income, no context given for numerous quick turnarounds in other cities, it's all right there.

That's why i tell these dumb nikkas to stop posting every fcking thing on the internet..

Stupid mfer got a joint in his mouth on IG, now the cops know how to frame the narrative for the cover up..

Just like the dumb woman, who left her bikini pics up on IG, AFTER her perspective employer told her to follow them..

And mfers do this in the name of "keeping it real"..

Yeah that nikka should have deleted his account at least.

That's why I'm thinking it's a set up..

Who's dumb enough to think it's gonna be sweet right after your testimony puts a officer away?

Shyt, i wouldn't even want to be around the dude right after that shyt.. I'd told the dude you need to hang low for a minute..

At the appeal...

Defense attorney:

"your honor, how could the witness (rip) could have possibly heard the commands of officer Guyger when he was high off "birthday cake"?

This is the angle people going with the most. Would they even need his testimony to determine the appeal?
The killer basically attempted to all the details dude provided. It was basically a matter of intent at that point. It's not like the killer contradicted what breh was even saying on the stand. My understanding is that an appeal could only get her off on a technicality, maybe a discredited witness is that but the Dallas police chief already came out and said the incidents weren't connected which kind of alludes to the fact that him being a drug dealer has nothing to do with what he witnessed that night (or least that would be my argument as the prosecutor)

Dallas PD would do all this for an off duty OFFICER? Not a lieutenant, not a captain, etc....an entry level officer?

you sound silly
5 hours for a $20,000 play? The fact that you think that is alot of effort shows you shouldn't be trying to make sense of this. You obviously don't think the way hustlers do. And they're from Alexandria Louisiana. Where df they getting 12 pounds of loud from in their area. Be fr

the defense couldn't bring it up his arrest because of rules of evidence on "prior bad acts". it's not generally not admissable

Rule 404: Character Evidence; Crimes or Other Acts

im not gonna go babbling about all that shyt because nobody going to get it anyway. but you see a lot of this dumb posts is because people dont know legalities. this shyt always the worst in criminal cases and the victims have to deal with the speculation
