Every drug dealer that lives in a mid level to high level building, lives next to police officers, or prosecutors, or federal agents. The killer basically attempted to all the details dude provided. It was basically a matter of intent at that point. It's not like the killer contradicted what breh was even saying on the stand. My understanding is that an appeal could only get her off on a technicality, maybe a discredited witness is that but the Dallas police chief already came out and said the incidents weren't connected which kind of alludes to the fact that him being a drug dealer has nothing to do with what he witnessed that night (or least that would be my argument as the prosecutor)
