He kept beating all the Black talents for like 3 months str8...they DELIBERATELY kept Cena from him and Ambrose wasn't sent in his direction at all. Ziggler got punked. Henry got destroyed. Some of ya'll have way undervalued how talented rusev is. He's great at selling, his offense looks good, he bumps well, he's solid on the mic and he's great at improvisation. Him with Lana was the perfect act but leave it to creative to not see the bigger picture

exactly. the guys in the midcard don't look credible because they always lose on tv. none of them are ever protected. there was a time when the main roster guys only lost on PPV. now they lose all the time and it makes them all look like scrubs. if rusev beat dolph ziggler next monday it would mean jack shyt. everyone beats ziggler.

this ain't just cena's fault. he's still a top guy. he shouldn't be asked to lose to guys who are inferior and won't draw money. protecting rusev is important right now but is it more important than protecting cena? hell no. cena is still a moneymaker. rusev isn't and won't be for the foreseeable future. so if you have to choose one to go over and look better moving forward, sadly it's still cena.
