And its becoming big news, but after reading what happened and reading the transcript (he recorded the voices on his iPhone)...how is he wrong? Am I missing something?

It seems like she was going crazy and he locked her on the balcony and she jumped, but hes getting charged with murder. He literally tells her on the audio that he is recording her being she is a violent lunatic...am I insensitive? Is this murder?

He locked her out on the balcony.

He didn't remove her from the apartment. He didn't leave himself. He even tells her, " You don't have to leave".

Then he locks her on the balcony, she begs " please let me go home," and he doesn't listen.

Of course he should be charged in her death.

Wrong. Balcony Brah didn't do anything illegal. This case never should have been brought to trial, especially with a murder charge. The woman was nuts and fell herself.

Now, him getting in a police chase and going to get some pizza after she died though..........:dead:

if someone confines you somewhere, and you die there or die trying to escape, they are culpable.

Like, if I lock a guy in a trunk, and he dies, I am responsible for his death.

He shut the door on the balcony AFTER she attacked him. And, read their actual law in the land of lazy, and you will see that he should not be tried for MURDER, as I specifically said.

Isn't considered kidnapping because instead of putting her out he locked her on the patio thus holding her against her will and no option of leaving his apartment?

At least thats how I see it.

Ridiculous. Get assualted in your own home and get charged for murder for locking someone out your home.
No way he gets convicted for Murder. DA overcharged him like crazy. That's not even manslaughter. He lucky he got his skin shade on his side.

I read thru the transcript and that date should've ended way sooner. He wanted to fukk and kept letting her drink hoping she would change her mind.
