im the same with Jay's shiit..always dies out in a week for me. I do like this one though..makes me want to listen to it more than BP3(wack) and Kingdom Come(spotty as fucck) did...more cohesive than American Gangster too for the most part. Jay just got nothing left to sayWhen Jay Z drops an album I usually listen to it for a week or so and then never again (with the rare exceptions being Reasonable Doubt, American Gangster and The Black Album)

I honestly don't even think Jay likes art, he's just into it because he thinks sophisticated people are and some of the pieces are very expensive. Art to him is what Bentleys probably were to him in 98, just another tool to brag and show off status.
I feel like this whole album could be summed up as "Hey, I'm better than you" cause that's what he basically said on all the tracks
