Well maybe but that's how a lot of small programs get good facilities and they get more exposure so 10-20 years down the road they can be good. Like TCU and Boise and South Alabama.

Real Talk.. But most of those are mid majors though. My school Fresno State did this year in and year out. It works when you pull off an upset here or there. But the some of these division two schools and HBCU's get pummeled. There are some exceptions though. App State, N Dakota State.
