I heard his (Hammo's)brother went on a mission killing off worlds people until they got him. But because of everyone gossiping/knowing about all this, the Feds build a fugazi case against world and his ppl. Now worlds been locked up waiting RICO trial for like 10 years and they won't take it to court cuz the Feds don't have a realistic case against him but they don't wanna let him out.
